Partner Rita O’Neill Participates in ABA Women in M&A Panel at McGill University
On April 7, Rita O’Neill participated in a panel titled “Women in M&A,” presented by the American Bar Association’s Women in M&A Task Force at McGill University. The panelists discussed what the world of M&A can entail for women, and shared strategies for success inspired by their own challenges and accomplishments. Other panelists included Sophie Lamonde, partner and head of the Mergers and Acquisitions Practice Group at Stikeman Elliott, Diane Frankle, special counsel at Kaye Scholer, and Jennifer Muller, managing partner at Houlihan Lokey Global Investment Bank.
