S&C’s two formal mentoring programs, the Associate Advisor Program and the Floor Wizard Program, offer sources of feedback and mentoring, as do formal classroom trainings, and your assignments and interactions with colleagues. Whether or not you are participating in one of our formal programs, you will receive regular mentoring and feedback throughout your career at the Firm.
