Seed Impact Investing Template Note (SeedIIT). In collaboration with our pro bono client, Echoing Green, Inc., a nonprofit organization whose mission is to “unleash next generation talent to solve the world’s biggest problems,” we developed a template seed financing instrument designed to assist social enterprises with raising financing at an early stage in their development.
Pro Mujer, a nonprofit organization providing microfinance and women’s health services in Latin America since 1990. We advise Pro Mujer on employment law, tax and finance matters.
Hope International (HOPE), a nonprofit that provides training, savings services and loans through a network of microfinance institutions in developing countries. Our lawyers develop loan documentation templates and provide other legal counsel to Hope International.
