While maintaining a generalist approach to their practices, OSU Law alumni at the Firm focus on a broad range of matters, including antitrust class actions, appellate, arbitration, banking regulation and supervision, broker dealer regulation, capital markets, civil litigation, commodities, futures and derivatives, corporate governance, criminal defense and investigations, financial institutions, financial services investigations and litigation, IP and technology, insurance, leveraged finance and lending, mergers and acquisitions, and securities litigation.
In addition to becoming partners and leaders at the Firm, OSU Law alumni who join S&C go on to pursue a range of prestigious opportunities. S&C alumni who attended Ohio State Moritz Law School currently work in asset management, finance, investigations and enforcement and private practice.
