USC Gould School of Law alumni at Sullivan & Cromwell practice within our General Practice and Litigation groups, focusing on areas including capital markets, criminal defense and investigations, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and securities litigation. USC Law alumni are also active in the Firm’s pro bono practice, including a recent victory obtaining a landmark right to legal representation for indigent mentally ill immigrants in Franco-Gonzalez. v. Holder, for which the Firm received Public Counsel’s “Law Firm Pro Bono Award.”

The Firm enjoys a strong relationship with the Southern California Law Review—all of our current USC alumni served on the journal. USC Law alumni who join S&C have gone on to pursue a range of prestigious opportunities in several industries; our USC alumni currently work in government and private practice, among other fields. You can learn more about USC Law alumni at S&C on these pages. We hope to see you on campus.
